I had a case that was, if not difficult, at best a pain in the @ss. Victim of the famous left hook while riding my bike, the cop didn’t even write a police report. Wow. One star for that cop. I entered into this experience with a lot of trepidation. Come on, we’ve seen lawyers on TV! That vanished after my first visit and though I dealt with a few different people (gathering information for the case), I always had -friendly- and efficient, and sometimes funny, interactions with the lawyer/ legal team. Great support staff! Their office is a fairly easy walk from BART/MUNI but most of our business was handled via email or phone. Associate Andrew McDevitt was assigned my case and I really like that he took the time to give me a comprehensive understanding of the case, both caveats and assurances, and this made me so much more comfortable in making decisions.
